Il GTL-2891 è una famiglia di switch Gigabit Ethernet Layer 3 ad alte prestazioni con 28 porte; con 24 porte 10/100/1000BASE-T, 2 porte 10G SFP+ e uno slot di espansione a doppia porta 10G. Gli switch sono ideali per aggregazioni di server ad alte prestazioni, come i data center aziendali, dove possono connettere server di file di fascia alta o collegati alla rete tramite porte in fibra. Possono anche essere implementati come aggiornamento backbone o per fornire Gigabit al desktop per utenti esperti. Questi switch sono ricchi di funzionalità e sono una soluzione conveniente che offre disponibilità continua, sicurezza avanzata e QoS avanzato all'edge della rete, pur mantenendo la semplicità di gestione.
