Der LevelOne GVT-2012 ist ein Single-Port, End-Span IEEE 802.3at High Power over Ethernet Media-Konverter. Er ist speziell für die wachsende Energie-Nachfrage von Netzwerkgeräten, wie PTZ (Pan, Tilt und Zoom) Netzwerkkameras, PTZ Speed Dome, Farb-Touchscreen VoIP-Telefone, mehrkanalige (IEEE 802.11a / b / g / n) Wireless LAN Access Points und andere Netzwerkgeräte, die eine höhere Leistung benötigen um normal zu funktionieren, entwickelt worden. Ausgestattet mit einem SFP-Port für Gigabit SFP-Transceiver, ist er sowohl mit Multi Mode als auch mit Single Mode Fasern einsetzbar, je nach Wahl des Transceivers. Der GVT-2012 ist durch die hohe Power over Ethernet Leistung die ideale Lösung, um Daten und Energie direkt über die RJ45-Schnittstelle an Netzwerkgeräte zu liefern, ohne dass zusätzliche Steckdosen und elektrische Kabel installiert werden müssen.
