Der LevelOne GVT-0300 ist ein leistungsstarker und kostengünstiger Multi-Mode SFP-Transceiver. Für die Verwendung mit Gigabit-Ethernet bietet er bis zu 1.25Gbps bidirektionale Datenübertragungsrate auf einem Single Duplex Glasfaserkern. Bei Einsatz von 50 und 125 Mikrometer Glasfaserkabel kann eine Distanz von bis zu 550m erreicht werden. Der GVT-0300 Transceiver arbeitet mit einer Wellenlänge von 850nm und mit einer VCSEL-Laserdioden-Lichtquelle und verfügt über einen LC-Anschluss.
