Der LevelOne GTL-2881 ist einer der leistungsstärksten Layer3 Lite Gigabit Ethernet Switches mit 24 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45-Ports, zwei 10G SFP+ Ports und einem Erweiterungssteckplatz für ein Dual-SFP+-Port Modul. Der Switch ist ideal für hochperformante Serververbund-Lösungen, wie z. B. Unternehmens-Rechenzentren, wo er High-End- oder Netzwerk-Dateiserver über die SFP+-Ports verbinden kann. Er kann auch als Backbone-Upgrade oder zur Bereitstellung von Gigabit-to-the-Desktop für Power-User eingesetzt werden.
